Photography Holiday
This is primarily a beginners’ course in creative digital photography. It is aimed at the enthusiast who would like to progress from using the auto mode to unlocking the full potential of their digital camera.
The course will include theoretical aspects of image creation as well as providing opportunities to take stunning photos of natural subjects. A plenary workshop on the computer will enable us to evaluate progress.
Topics covered will include
What makes a good photo?
Lighting and Exposure
Creative use of depth of field
Macro work
How to photograph fast action
Building a low budget studio
Requirements:
Digital camera – with a manual if you are unfamiliar with it!
You may wish to bring a laptop and card reader for downloading your own images although we will have one in the workshop. |
